Hua Diao Wine originates from the region of Shao Hsing, in the Zhejiang province of eastern China.  It is also known as Shao Hsing Wine.

It is one of the signature wine of Chinese traditional wine and has 4,000 years history.  It is fermented wines from glutinous rice.

It is both drunk as a beverage as well as widely used in Chinese cuisine. It is also the oldest and the most nutritious wine in the world.
